I don’t know why I do it to myself

I don’t know why I do it to myself, but whenever I check the Weather Channel app on my iPhone I inevitably check the 10-day forecast.

Depression will typically strike the instant I scroll down to the forecast for Wednesday/Thursday, my days off, because it seems that the temperature likes to take a nose dive on those days.

I predictably this morning, while drinking a nice, hot cup o’joe, hit the purveyor of bad news and was elated when I saw that it would be nearly 80 degrees today. Yay! Unfortunately, I decided to hit the 10-day mood-kill button and wasn’t disappointed when I saw the forecast for Thursday.

Check out Thursday in particular, 42°, absolutely awesome.

If I love one thing about living in Misery, er I mean Missouri, it has to be the fluctuation in daily temps.

Nearly a thirty degree swing, isn’t it great?

Oh we’ll, thanks for letting me vent.

About Todd Fuller

After a really long search, I found work that I feel is more relevant to my degree--technical writing. While it's not what I initially envisioned doing, it's actually been very enjoyable and rewarding work. I guess I feel like there is still more out there to do, so I've decided I will try the whole blogging thing again and resurrect this site. If anyone's still out there, enjoy and feel free to comment.
